We are here to help ease the stress of transition. We will help all Service Members and Veterans. We want to ensure that each person stationed in Louisiana is connected with the right people and resources to succeed, even if they are returning to their home after service. Most importantly we are here to ensure that Service Members and Veterans from Louisiana have a community. We want to ensure that all Veterans have a good start and successful transition post military.
